Jeisys Medical Enhances Personalized Corporate Welfare Platform 'Tailored Excellence Support' and Announces Corporate Headquarters Relocation

Driving Global Business Competitiveness and Top-tier Talent Acquisition Through Corporate Culture Innovation

SEOUL, South Korea – Jeisys Medical Inc., a prominent global developer of medical aesthetic energy-based devices, officially announced the comprehensive expansion of its personalized employee welfare infrastructure, 'Tailored Excellence Support,' alongside the strategic relocation of its corporate headquarters this upcoming April.

This corporate initiative stems from the core belief that tangible employee happiness and workplace satisfaction serve as the primary drivers for the company’s sustainable global growth. To systematically engineer these advancements, Jeisys Medical has established a dedicated GWP (Great Work Place) team tasked with designing high-impact welfare programs that align with the company's distinct identity as a global beauty leader.

Among its premier offerings, the company operates 'Jeisys Medi Ticket', a highly utilized medical welfare program. Managed through its affiliated in-house clinic, this program is designed to provide seamless, accessible healthcare services directly to employees and their immediate families.

In early April, Jeisys Medical will officially relocate its corporate headquarters to Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul (the E-Land Building). The new headquarters features exceptional public transit accessibility and has been upgraded based on direct employee feedback to house premium commercial amenities on the first floor, including Starbucks, Burger King, and Olive Young.

Following the move, Jeisys Medical will debut 'Jeisys Beauty Ticket' in May, a signature welfare amenity tailored to its corporate identity. The program features an exclusive in-house professional beauty salon providing subsidized, expert hair and nail care services once a month, significantly lowering personal expenses while elevating employee work-life balance.

Furthermore, under its 'Engagement Support' framework, the company has upgraded its comprehensive medical checkups from a biennial to an annual benefit starting in 2026, alongside established family-centric perks such as 'Family Day' and dedicated birthday leave. The company has also introduced 'Custom Support,' a flexible benefit point system valued at 1 million KRW annually per employee, allowing staff to customize rewards based on individual lifestyle needs.

"Providing an optimal environment where our talents can thrive and remain highly engaged is the definitive pathway to sharpening our business competitiveness in the global market," said an official from Jeisys Medical. "Jeisys Medical will continue to invest proactively in building an exceptional workplace culture where our professionals can foster deep brand loyalty and achieve mutual growth."
